Job Description
Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales objectives, coaching and leading the team members. Sales Manager plays a key role in commercial and sales decisions and actions.
Responsibilities
- Own, manage and communicate sales team strategy
- Lead and develop team performance
- Cooperate with both internal and external parties for the sales operations issues
- Update the market information to do the sales analysis
- Plan the forecast and sales focus
- Other tasks as assigned by Hanoi Branch Manager
- Salary package and incentives are very competitive
- Working time from Monday to Friday
Job Requirement
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- At least 5 years of experience in sales department of a FOOD industry player with at least 2 years in similar role.
- Leadership and analytical skills
- Food lover, customer oriented
- Results-oriented, Team player
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet)
