Job Description
- Deal and communicate with suppliers to ensure good received on time and correctness in term of quality/ quantity.
- Manage and supervise the delivery of imported procedures.
- Be in charge of administration regarding purchasing and goods procedures.
- Do planning for import goods and manage stock in SAP System
- Monitor the change of price in SAP system.
- Deal with the other internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Transportation, QA...) for the good related matters (price, stock, date…)
- Follow up and fulfill all documents that are required for shipments.
- Do data analysis and Sales/ Stock forecast.
- Input/ maintain the accuracy of data in SAP system.
- Prepare the analysis as and when required.
Job Requirement
- At least 02 years working experience in food trading/ import and distribution as purchaser or merchandiser.
- Experience in ERP/SAP is an advantage.
- University graduate in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Management.
- Good communication both English and Vietnamese.
- Self-improvement, self-motivated, integrity, independent and can work under high pressure.
