Phúc Lợi

Deal and communicate with suppliers to ensure good received on time and correctness in term of quality/ quantity.
Manage and supervise the delivery of imported procedures.
Be in charge of administration regarding purchasing and goods procedures.
Do planning for import goods and manage stock in SAP System
Monitor the change of price in SAP system.
Deal with the other internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Transportation, QA...) for the good related matters (price, stock, date…)
Follow up and fulfill all documents that are required for shipments.
Do data analysis and Sales/ Stock forecast.
Input/ maintain the accuracy of data in SAP system.
Prepare the analysis as and when required.

At least 02 years working experience in food trading/ import and distribution as purchaser or merchandiser.
Experience in ERP/SAP is an advantage.
University graduate in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Management.
Good communication both English and Vietnamese.
Self-improvement, self-motivated, integrity, independent and can work under high pressure.
