Mô tả công việc
- Handle online order in daily basis to complete all orders with effective quality of work: receiving order, consult about product, process and follow up order until deliver to customer successfully.
- Find, approach and develop new customers.
- Be a main person of customer’s touch point for orders via online channel.
- Provide administrative activities related to order fulfillment.
- Manage customer enquiry for all on-line channels with fast action response
- Escalate of all problems/complains to assure they are satisfactory resolved
- Coordinate with related departments (Warehouse, Transport, Finance, QA, Commercial, IT, Sales, Marketing, Business Development) to deliver company's products to customers.
- Update all related issues regarding the orders for further coordinating with customer.
- Product forecast to make sure availability for Ecommerce.
- Manage Ecommerce Platforms & Marketplaces.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
- Weekly & monthly report, make plan to push sales.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales online/ Customer Service/Call Center.
- Microsoft Office skill required
- Hard-working, be careful, responsibility, interested in food
- Can work in flexible schedule and respond to customer queries out of office hours
- Knowledge in Social Media, Ecommerce Platforms
You will have:
